Syntrex Research is committed to advancing scientific research through transparency, precision, and uncompromising quality. Every product is supported by carefully selected manufacturing partners, independent third-party testing, comprehensive documentation, and lot-specific traceability.
You acknowledge that all products are designated Research Use Only and are not intended for human or animal use, and that they are not FDA‑approved and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. You understand the hazards associated with research materials and are responsible for proper handling, labeling, storage, transport, use, and disposal.
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk associated with the receipt, handling, storage, transport, use, and disposal of products, including risks that may be unknown or uncharacterized.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive, release, and discharge Syntrex Research, Advanced Core Enterprises LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, suppliers, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to your receipt, handling, storage, use, misuse, or disposal of products. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Syntrex Research and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of products, your violation of this Waiver, the Terms & Conditions, or applicable law, or any misrepresentation of your qualifications or intended use.
You acknowledge that Syntrex Research does not provide reconstitution, dosing, administration, or use guidance, and does not provide medical or research consultations, and you agree not to request such information.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not to: use products on or in humans or animals; consume, inject, ingest, inhale, or apply products; purchase for personal use; or resell, redistribute, export, or transfer products for prohibited uses.
This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
